Excellent Expert Resource

I’ve listened to most of the episodes of The Job Shop Show and it has been one of the single most beneficial resources for my brother and I. We launched our own machine shop in 2021 and are always searching far and deep for sources we can trust with regards to the best methods and strategies to grow our shop. Jay Jacobs doesn’t hold anything back and is genuinely interested in the well being and prosperity of shops like ours and American manufacturing as a whole. Some episodes have been more helpful for us to listen to than others, given our current circumstances, but I have received nuggets of helpful information from every single episode. I am very grateful to great stewards of the manufacturing industry, such as Jay Jacobs and many of his guests, helping all generations (especially younger generations) feel the hope for and develop a deeper understanding of all aspects of manufacturing, from job shops to OEM’s and beyond. Thank you and I look forward to learning a lot more from past and future episodes. Sincerely, Brian

With so many software solutions on the market to pick from it’s interesting to hear what other people are using. By far the best podcast for real shop talk, other ones I’ve heard are more general manufacturing! Keep them coming!
