Ep. 42 // A Message to Our Past Selves (Season Finale)
We can't believe we've completed 12 episodes of The Intentional Podcast! As the season finale, we figured it be a cool idea to send a message to our past selves about the lessons we learned and the advice we wished we heard a year ago. In this episode, you'll hear both of us talk to our past selves in real-time, and we hope to inspire you to do a similar exercise. This was a fun activity and hope to do this again in the future!
It's been a fun season trying to figure out which topics resonated with you and having conversations outside of the podcast about certain episodes! We will keep you updated on the upcoming season!

Ep. 41 // Sharing Our Mental Health Experiences
We believe mental well-being is foundational to everyone's lives, and since May is Mental Health Awareness month, we want to help de-stigmatizing having conversations around mental health.
In this episode, Mar & Kevin decided to open up about their experiences with therapy, grief, and more in hopes that our audience may find comfort in knowing that they're not alone in their struggles and there are opportunities to improve our mental health.

EP. 39 // Hustle Culture vs. Sustainable Growth
Whether it's from our family, colleagues, or society, we are exposed to hustle culture. We sometimes praise those who work overtime and romanticize the idea of giving everything up to build a successful business.
But what doesn't typically get shared is the downside to hustle culture. In the end, hustle culture tends to lead to comparison, stress, anxiety, and burnout.
Mar & Kevin share what they believe the hustle culture mindset originated, how to fight the urge to overwork, and the path to sustainable growth.

Ep. 37 // Being Present in the Moment
Whether you enjoy thinking about the good ol’ days, planning for the future, or feel constant anxiety, you may be struggling with being in the present moment. Whether they're good or bad, as we grow older, there are more things that are filling our mind space.
But what if we could enjoy what’s right in front of us? What if we could appreciate the little things again?
In this episode, we talk about how our perspective of time determines how likely we’ll be in the present moment, how technology can greatly affect our well-being and relationships, and what helps us find more stillness each day.

Customer Reviews
Amazing content
One if the great things of the Kurative podcast are the raw interviews. We all have a journey, yet don’t get to share the journey with the world. What this podcast creates and presents are people taking themselves out of the “norm, traditional, route” of getting a job and pursuing their dreams and how they make that dream a reality. It is inspiring to see people take their courage, motivation, and drive to produce a lifestyle that replaces their 9-5 with a more enjoyable one. Because lets be real, it’s not really work when you enjoy what you do. Keep up the great work and can’t wait for future episodes.
