Great show and very informative on all things land!

Great listen all the way around! Very entertaining and informative at the same time.

Dave and Johnny are two of the nicest and friendliest people in the world and I say that with complete confidence even though we’ve never met. I am a Maryland suburbanite with plans to move south and buy some land in a couple years. This podcast has been an INVALUABLE resource for me. I have learned about programs, land management methods, financial strategies and many other things that I have never considered.

My wife and I have been subscribed to the Land Show podcast for quite a while. The show has been interesting, with good info about what to think about and check into when purchasing property (Access, water and mineral rights, soil quality, easements, and timber type and quality, among other things.). They also have covered different financing options for putting together a purchase of a house, and then additional land as single or multiple purchases. All in all, great info, and fun events and places discussed. Thanks, and we will most likely be talking when we finally move south!
