    Why You Need to "Hire Slow, and Fire Fast" in your Beauty Business

Managing staff is never easy, and it's never set-and-forget, but letting someone go can be even harder. It takes awareness, nuance, and compassion (for everyone involved in the process). "Good hiring decisions never come from a place of desperation" ~ Lauren Lappin. Why You Need to Hire SloW, Fire Fast: Not letting someone go can negatively impact your Mental Health as the Business Owner (07:30). It can set a really bad example for your Team. If you allow a Team Member to keep acting in an unprofessional manner, you may see this poor behaviour start to replicate through the rest of your Team (08:30).Team Morale Can Drop! (09:30). If you wait too long to let someone go, it can lead to Client Loss.
