    Why You Need to "Hire Slow, and Fire Fast" in your Beauty Business

Managing staff is never easy, and it's never set-and-forget, but letting someone go can be even harder. It takes awareness, nuance, and compassion (for everyone involved in the process). Why You Need to Hire SloW, Fire Fast: Not letting someone go can negatively impact your Mental Health as the Business Owner (07:30). It can set a really bad example for your Team.
