Brendan Lawry, LHP at Lewis University (Ep. 12)

Brendan Lawry joins host Adam Moreau to discuss his return to the mound from an Ulnar Collateral Ligament (UCL) Repair. In about 9 months, Lawry toed the rubber in Lewis University's conference tournament with a stellar debut, marking a successful return to competition. Lawry hits on his experiences with Waubonsee CC and NPA (National Pitching Association / Tom House). Adam and Brendan recount the winding road of the rehab process, getting a diagnosis, and tweaking the throwing program along the way. The theme of small victories and mini-milestones is highlighted once again, as well as the importance of having a support team. The two also reminisce on Brendan's recruitment to Eckerd College and share some laughs about their recent Instagram virality.
