By far my favorite podcast in this category. Easy to follow, perfect amount to time per episode, great topics. Keep them coming, the world needs more!
Love this combo!

I have so much respect for this combo of minds. The Body Keeps the Score is such an amazing resource that I already enjoyed previously and Matthias’s TikTok content sparked further insight. So this is a dream duo for me and it is already proving so helpful. I a praying that sharing this podcast will help my family to dig deeper and ask more questions and seek guidance and I always hope for restoration. Thank you gentlemen for this podcast.
So far so good process of healing

I have been on a search for learning to forgive. I know that I need to heal my wounds, but do not know how. I have researched all over the internet and there is no gold star procedure that absolutely works so far. Do I write down my hurts on paper and burn them in a campfire? Do I try EMDR? What do I need to do? Then this podcast came up. I never heard the term #TraumaProcessing. All new to me. I jumped in to step 1 in this podcast. The podcast intro music is great, I like the professional look of the podcast page, but I was uncertain if I liked the first podcast I heard because it seemed a bit scholarly to me. Then I listened to the second step. Again, I don't think I can tell someone how to do the second step, but I loved the ending where Frank does a meditation. It was great the rate of his speech, the pauses, I loved it, in fact after this I am going to rewind to that part. Good work here, I need this & glad I found this broadcast. Thank you
Good listen for a trauma survivor

A great podcast. I have not that long ago started doing trauma work. I have 2 adult children and listening to Frank and his son talk about how his Dad’s trauma affected him. It’s given me another healing angle, not just my own healing, but how living with me has affected my children’s lives. Thank you for all the honest and real sharing. Need to get the book!

Really felt I was meant to come across. I hate my sisters for my mothers death and they swooped in like vultures and there was even a will , I have to try not too think about how much they are the ones that came together and just closed me out it just made me feel so lonely I have a lot of pain and hatred towards them.
The best, new, podcast

An amazing, invaluable resource. I can’t believe it’s free for the listening. Thank you, Frank and Matthias!

This podcast is life changing for me. The combination of listening/learning from Healing Trauma and journaling is so helpful. I’ve listened to the episodes a few times through and I am noticing significant psychological progression through my personal traumas. Thank you so much, Dr. Frank Anderson and Matthias Barker! I am so grateful for this podcast.

As a retired “trauma” clinician, I am so happy to listen to this podcast. I pretty much read, and practiced, the latest techniques before retiring three yrs ago. I probably loved reading and training as much as I did hands on practice! Most of my colleagues unfortunately weren’t so thrilled to learn and yet we all were frontline practitioners in Veterans Affairs! This podcast makes it all accessible and, possibly, the best part is the trainings advertised! Thank you! I am following along and healing as well!
So good!

This is hands down the best podcast I have found that brings education as well as application. I truly feel from Mathias and Frank and authentic desire to see me heal. I appreciate what they each uniquely bring to the table, as someone who is trying to heal from purity culture and the shame and message of “I’m not good enough”, it is soothing to hear their perspectives on faith and trauma.
