Tips from this Episode:
Reclaim: breathing, posture, nutrition, being aware of your body so it responds to training like you want it to. Eating when you’re not hungry is a way of training yourself NOT to listen to your body. If you wait to eat until you’re actually hungry, that natural process that you become more sensitive to will lead to the natural process of your transformation

The Only Thing I Listen To In My Car
This is absolutely amazing. I’m listening to all the episodes right now and it makes me so happy to listen to them! The insights, the contagious laughter, all of it. I don’t really listen to music in my car anymore, because this is all I wanna listen to. It’s super helpful! If you’re looking for something to relate to, look no further. You can just feel their warmth, sincerity, and genuine nature through them talking. This review could be a whole novel long, but I’ll stop here 😂 Give it a listen, you won’t regret it 🥰
Like being at a slumber party
This is a review that was deleted with the author's apple account and the author gave permission for a repost:
You know the feeling of being about 16, and being up at 3 am with your dearest friends, talking about all your hopes, dreams, Hugh Jackman, and maybe some ice cream thrown in? Imagine that feeling, but with grown up issues, raw honesty, lots of laughter and a few tears, and you have this podcast. This is a must listen!!!
Eh
Listened to the arborist episodes. Informative but hard to listen to. Poor audio quality. Excessive cackling.
