Co-host Phil Morse opens up to what his initial thoughts were once he heard what happened, and his personal experience with panic attacks. The premise of this episode is to send a strong reminder to prioritize sleep and incorporate de-stress habits into your routine to avoid any illnesses or attacks associated with stress. Dylan recognized that compounded high-stress events, lack of sleep, and no proactive de-stress efforts are what lead to his attack.
