She understands every aspect of Narcissistic behaviors. Identifying and healing the abuse I endured was very difficult and I still need to to a lot of work but just getting to “No Contact” was proving to be impossible for me until I listened to every one of her podcasts over and over again! I’m healing and I’m grateful. Thank you!

I was a bit skeptical about taking advice from a “shaman” :) But I’m glad I tried this out. The most clear and helpful advice on dealing with narcissism that I’ve heard.

Absolutely love your podcast!!! A thousand stars!!! But I really want to help someone who is clearly in a narcissistic relationship with her boyfriend. It takes one to know one and as their nieighbor, I have seen and heard all I need to. She has my sympathy but she has started to lash out at me with great anger for all my attempts to be understanding and supportive. I want to help her but have become increasingly aware that my attempts to offer understanding and support are being met with contempt. I want to help her because I see it all quite clearly, but mean her no harm. Would you please consider doing a podcast about people who have confronted narcissistic abuse and want to help other victims? I am not a mental health professional but also cannot deny what I know, is it better for her to keep trying or give up? Again, not worried about my well-being but would really like to help someone who I feel strongly could use the help. Please help me, so I can do the best I can for her, thank you little shaman!
