Timely and Needed
This conversation was so timely and needed! I love how it covered lots of nuances and perspectives. I took notes!! Thank you for helping me articulate my thoughts. Also, Donell Jones said “should I leave, should I stay, should I goooo” 🤣🤣🤣Thank you so much!
Don’t leave your job before you listen this podcast
The most recent episode about knowing when to leave part 2 provided some phenomenal questions critical to understanding workplace culture. I left Higher Ed almost a year ago, and this episode contextualized my thoughts about why I left. Thank you for reminding folx what they can do to support those who are considering leaving their role, and the impact having savings has on the decision.
On Time and On Target
I have the privilege of knowing some of these hosts professionally, and this podcast reflects some of the values I appreciate most about them.
As a team, they do a great job of giving candid perspectives on issues in our field, and what makes it great is the authenticity.
This podcast is great as a conversation starter, or in our case, a training presentation.
I look forward to this podcast weekly and trust it will continue to evolve with the times.
