The Spiritual Gifts That Led to Russell Simmons (and Michael Jackson)

The Spiritual Gifts That Led to Russell Simmons (and Michael Jackson)

#060 - This week on the Meg Rock Show, I sat down with Iman Ali.

Iman is an Intuitive Reiki Master, energy healer, actress, and just an overall fascinating person. At the age of seven, she started to know and realize that she had spiritual gifts, a trait that she'd later learn also ran in her mother and other family members.

In this episode, we talk about how these spiritual gifts guided her to work with powerhouses like with Russell Simmons, an opportunity to work with Michael Jackson, and a premonition that something is off in the Michael Jackson camp, days before his death.

We discuss her latest project, as a stand-in for the actress portraying Mamie Till, Emmett Till's mother in ABC’s series “Women of the Movement.” On August 28, 1955, while visiting family in Money, Mississippi, 14-year-old Emmett Till, an African American boy from Chicago, is brutally murdered for allegedly flirting with a white woman four days earlier. His murder is widely recognized as what would become the start of the civil rights movement.

This episode is a little bit longer than usual, but it is absolutely fascinating. It is one of the most fascinating interviews I’ve done to date. Enjoy!

From Nursing the Body to Shifting the Mind

#056 - This week on The Meg Rock Show, I was able to sit down with Jake Havron. Jake went from being a nurse, tired of treating patients through an avoidable life-threatening illness only to have them return a few months later with the same problem.

He set out to change people's lives and knew that he was stepping into a bigger calling. He helps people avoid the pitfall of not taking care of themselves emotionally, physically, and spiritually so that they do not end up in bad physical health.

In this episode, you're going to learn how to increase your vitality, build your confidence, and really understand how you can have it all. You just have to be aware of how you're moving through your life and the things that will stop you... with self-sabotage.

    Navigating Other Peoples Energy

    Navigating Other Peoples Energy

#055 - Welcome to the Meg Rock Show. In this episode of Meg's magic minute, we're going to talk about navigating energy.

How can you navigate the world of energy? What can you do? You can always tune in and you have a choice, right? You can either join that vibrational level of whatever's around you and add to that energy. Or you can choose to be different with your energy.

You know, one person's energy field overflows, and then all of a sudden it's a part of two people. And then it's a part of six, then it's a part of 18.

Our energy overflows into other people around us, right? It doesn't matter if you're at a football stadium or if you're at a rally or a protest, whatever the energy is of one person can literally turn into a sea of hundreds of people.

Surviving Sex Trafficking

This was a very tough conversation to listen to. I had (and still have) so many questions. Meg really does an amazing job of asking all the right questions even as awkward and painful as they can be. This podcast was riveting and mind-bending on so many levels. It’s a conversation that needs to keep going. How is this do prevalent in our society? Thank you Meg for shining light into the dark places. You are really making a difference by helping to get these stories out.
