Guns Enough Already [minisode]
A teenage gunman killed at least 19 children and two adults after storming into a Texas elementary school on Tuesday, the latest bout of gun-fueled mass murder in the United States and the nation's worst school shooting in nearly a decade. This inspired me to share an article about gun regulations in the US https://mindfulsoulcenter.substack.com/p/guns-its-enough-already - there is a short audio that accompanies it and you're listening to it here. Enough is enough. Music in this episode is licensed to Amy Adams/Mindful Soul Center. Artist: Alice in Winter Songs: Fleeting and Azure other audio is fair use clips from a press conference with Coach Steve Kerr NBA Warriors. Cover art Hugo Simberg, Wounded Angel

This was an incredible interview. Hillis Pugh is a lightworker bringing his words and poems to the world; he is the author of Awaken to Gratitude, a poet, psychic medium and Reiki master and Lemurian lightworker. From hanging out in the space of hope to the law of reciprocity, our conversation ran the gamut with webs of joy and so much more. On Journaling and a Challenge
There have been times in my life where I dumped a lot of words on many pages and there have been times when I’ve come across my old journals and read them. I like to journal, it can be cathartic. There is so much you can learn when you look back and sometimes the insights we gain can be profound. It can be life changing. I speak about my experience with journaling and how it became a wake-up call to me some years ago and in the last few minutes I invite you to join me in a 30 Day One Circle a Day Journaling challenge. The challenge is happening now but you can join anytime this month and even do it on your own once this one is over. Join us!
