Meditation success

Never thought I could meditate for half an hour but this podcast made it possible. I feel so light afterwards. Thank you for helping keep the stress at bay :)

Relational gentle healing mediations. In many aspects, healing in particular , better than the pantheon of great mindfulness mediation teachers. The room is full, but he talks as if to each.
My wife although she loves the greats, will listen only to Danny Ford.
