Don’t say anything bad about OpenAI

I followed these guys on Twitter and decided to follow their podcast after I dumped Twitter. Oh boy, what a mistake. Nathan is such an OpenAI fanboy that he excuses EVERY misstep made by Sam Altman/OpenAI. When the rumor mill was chanting OpenAI search, Nathan could not gush enough about it. When search did not happen, Nathan just moved on to how great ChatGPT 5 will be. He has not mentioned search again. If anybody says anything negative about Sam Altman/OpenAI, Nathan does not hesitate to dismiss the people as being angry, hurt, having an ax to grind, jealous. On 2024.06.11 the total annihilation of an ex-OpenAI board member who spoke out about Sam Altman’s firing had me incredulous when Nathan asked what was the board member’s background that qualified her to be on the board at all. Wow!
