    We sat down with Olympian and Registered Nurse Rachael Lynch

    Born in Melbourne, Lynch took up hockey after being selected in the primary schools state team. She is now a veteran Hockeyroo, dual Olympian, dual Commonwealth Games gold medalist, and World Cup silver medalist, and has played in over 220 games for Australia. Off the pitch, Lynch works as a registered nurse, front line health worker, runs STOMP Goalkeeping and is very active in promoting mental health awareness as an ambassador for RUOK? Day and Lifeline. 

    We talked about all things rehabilitation nursing, her Olympic journey, managing elite sport and nursing, mental health awareness and her own journey + lots more.
