Great Show

Great show with lots of valuable information and fantastic guests. If you’re a Customer Success professional or involved in SaaS in some capacity, you should be listening to this.

My only complaint is the 6+ minutes of ad content at the beginning and end. This feels like just wasted minutes I always skip. And intro and outro is fine, but I’d much prefer short, 30-70 second breaks during the podcast itself.

Best business podcast out there

In 20 minutes you will get more information than any book, article, or class regarding sales, marketing, and product.

Super smart people. Great questions. Tight editing.
