Kristina and her guests share their is insights in such an approachable and informative way - it's so good I feel like I should be paying for such helpful content. I love how they break down topics that can feel intimidating, like financing or negotiating, but in a way that makes you feel totally capable. They also share their personal experiences, which is so refreshing—these aren’t cookie-cutter tips you can Google. I’m learning so much, and I feel like I have a whole new level of confidence when it comes to making real estate moves. Do yourself a favor and hit play—you’ll thank me later!

A must-listen if you’re curious about unique strategies to get your foot in the door. Real estate has A LOT of red tape and this podcast is perfect for us “beginners” who are intimidated by where to start and whose advice to follow. I love how resourceful and creative Kristina is and how she interviews folks with all different skill sets. I can see a little bit of myself in Kristina and the women she interviews, which is very inspirational for me in a male dominated industry. She’s also an excellent interviewer, always asking the question that I had next in my head. Can’t wait for more episodes and to start putting all of learnings into action.

Such a great resource for women who are looking to investing in real estate and just be more independent in general. I wish this kind of education had existed when I was in my early 20s!! It also helps Kristina’s voice is just dreamy to listen to!! Haha
