The Orville (2017) - Season 1

This month we head to outer space with season 1 of The Orville. And if, for some reason, you’re not a fan of this one then #blameitonthebag. As for us, it’s a hit all around. Kerri had never seen it before but will continue watching the rest of the seasons. 

This show has a way of commenting on current social and political issues without feeling preachy. And the guest stars! So many amazing guest stars. There’s also an interesting thing that since money doesn’t exist at this point in the future, where is the incentive or what is the compensation like for people and doing their jobs?

We also have some input on more vampire shows and other just excellent shows for possible consideration from a listener!

Next up, we’ll be watching all three seasons of the BBC Zoom dramedy Staged starring David Tennant and Michael Sheen. All episodes can be found on BritBox.
