JenniferY. ,

love the peace process podcast!

I love that the POP podcast focused on so many aspects of mental well-being across several demographics including multi-tasking moms, females, and in the work place. The topic of mental health has always been important but even more so during the pandemic and adjusting to these new transitions in our lives during COVID.

WIth so many things happening in today's world, I highly recommend listening to the "peace process" podcast to develop self-care practices and open up the conversation on mental health and well being.
