2/24/21 update: Wow, totally missed an opportunity with hosting Warby Parker, just letting Neil give you a commerical about all the things that they did for COVID. How they approached COVID is yesterday's news, got to be like Gretsky and go where the puck is going to be, not where it is. Could have been asking things about how they determined their price points, decided on materials they used, how they sourced their frames, how they market both in social and traditional media, how they are using their own patient lists from brick and motor to market and how we can do the same. Seems like they were begging for the audience call in before the show but were told at the last minute by Neil or his handlers that they weren't going to take live questions and Gary and April caved to the demands rather than cancelling the show if he wasn't going to be good sport and actually discuss Warby with optometrists. Also, for God's sake get April a better microphone if she's going to be a permanent part of the show. Her audio quality is awful. This cast used to be great, but has become mired in commercials that are obnoxious. At least there aren't as many comments about Jersey and housewives. Great content if you can fast forward through the ads. Edit: the new format is a huge improvement. Thanks for making this pod great again.
