Ironically too wordy for Productivity Podcast

Just listened to the recent ‘Energy’ episode. WAY too many ‘we are bout to talk about, ums, obvious points, restatements without progress…just too many wasted words. Tighten up the production, edit more, and stick to a script. I think the hosts are a little too much in love with themselves. That said many of the points-when they get around to it-are arguably valid enough to chew over.
No thanks

Their productivity tips are to use sponsored products and apps
Needs a little refocusing I think.

I do love this show, I used to recommend it to others often, but I’m struggling to stick with the discussions lately. Thanh constantly relates topics to nutrition and supplements, pickle ball, working out, etc. A recent episode about the fridge magnet for example, he talked about how he asks AI how he can be a professional pickle ball player, or when he was asked a question about his thoughts on the fridge magnet, he went almost tangential on this drawn out comparison to using supplements. Another recent episode, I’m hardly five minutes in and he’s already talking about how he had shoulder surgery and was able to return to lifting in two months when it takes most people much longer. I wouldn’t mind some examples of his real life applications used in conversation here and there but it’s starting to feel like every single topic is an opportunity to talk about “thahn the athlete.” It gets repetitive so I end up tuning out. And I don’t want to tune out because these guys really do provide great nuggets of info! Would love to see the pickle ball/exercise talk dialed back just a bit.
