The Psychedelic Coach Podcast is where science meets mysticism.

Whether you are a health professional, life coach, therapist, human optimization expert or someone deeply impacted by the possibilities in the psychedelic space, you may be wondering, well now what?

Meet Tah and Kole Whitty, the dynamic duo behind The Psychedelic Coach podcast. With a combined experience of nearly 50 years in the healthcare and wellness industry, no one can speak to the psychedelic therapy space like they can.

Tah, a registered nurse with over 31 years of experience, spent 23 of those years on the front lines of emergency rooms in NYC. He has a personal health journey of his own, being told he would be blind by the time he was 40, and at 51, he is more vibrant with a clearer vision than ever. Kole's journey began when she ended up in a coma from a drug overdose at 17, and was labeled an addict by society. She worked with organizations such as the DARE program and Partnership for a Drug-Free America, speaking all over the world about the dangers of club drugs until... her own health crash in 2008 and desperation to live took over and guided her back to psychedelics for healing.

Together, they have created The Condor Approach, a data-driven, integration method that they now train coaches through the Condor Coach Certification program to revolutionize how we approach coaching others. Their methods create radical self-responsibility and community healing containers, empowering individuals and practitioners to take control of their own healing journey. They are now training psychedelic-informed coaches to step forward as leaders in the "Integration Is Not Optional" movement.

Tah and Kole have facilitated hundreds of retreats and workshops and have worked with thousands of clients, helping them achieve long-term wellness and a deeper understanding of themselves. They have been featured in various media outlets and events such as Aubrey Marcus’ Fit For Service, The Life Coach Podcast with Brooke Castillo, Psychedelics Revealed by Jeff Hays, and hundreds of podcasts. They are dedicated to spreading the word about the transformative power of integration and are committed to shifting the wellness paradigm globally!

Their mission is to certify 10,000 psychedelic-informed practitioners by December 31, 2027, and to shift the global paradigm of wellness by creating systematic inclusion of the practice of integration in all health and wellness formats worldwide. Their vision is to see integration become a household word and a critical and foundational mainstay in all wellness formats worldwide.

Join Tah and Kole on their podcast as they share their wealth of knowledge and experience in the psychedelic therapy space and inspire you to take control of your own healing journey. With Tah and Kole, you'll be in the best hands to guide you on your journey of self-discovery and self-healing.

Ep205 Adewale Speaks - From Football To Freedom

Ep205 Adewale Speaks - From Football To Freedom

Host Kole Witty welcomes Adewale to the Psychedelic Coach podcast and dives deep into his personal journey of spiritual evolution and how The Condor Approach completely elevated his growth. Adewale shares how he moved from St. Louis to Utah for college and how being in nature and seeing the beauty of the Utah mountains helped him change and evolve spiritually.
Adewale talks about how football was everything for him at that time, but a car accident when he was 19 changed his perspective. This experience made him realize the value of life and the things he took for granted. He later moved to LA for the NFL draft but felt lost and struggled to train for football. Adewale discovered psychedelics and how they helped him with his mental health and emotional healing.
Adewale shares how being a salesman taught him the power of manifestation and how it shifted something within him. He became more confident and saw the power of his voice. Adewale learned about plant medicine and tried it, which opened up something in him. He saw visuals and heard the water saying, "you are me. We are we. You are a God." This experience corrected his understanding of reality.
Later, Adewale learned about Alan Watts, Terence McKenna, and Baba Kilindi, and a mentor named Ankhara taught him a lot about Baba. Adewale became a student and started trying the information he learned. This process helped him understand himself and the boundaries within him, his power, and how he must be right within himself to move forward in life. He also learned that he is a human and a soul living a human experience, and he's here to evolve and enlighten himself.
Adewale believes that the energy of plant medicine helped him understand himself better, and he now moves in a timeline of flow. Kole, the host, points out that the symbolism of water and flow resonates with Adewale's story. She mentions that sales, like the banks of a river, guides and directs people, creating a container for flow.
The episode offers a deep dive into Adewale's personal journey and the role of psychedelics in his spiritual evolution and emotional healing. It also emphasizes the importance of understanding oneself and the boundaries within oneself, as well as the power of manifestation and the law of attraction.

Dont Get Scammed! What Every Potential Psychedelic Therapist Needs to Know

Dont Get Scammed! What Every Potential Psychedelic Therapist Needs to Know

Don't Get Scammed: What Every Potential Psychedelic Therapist Needs to Know
Introduction: In this episode of The Psychedelic Coach Podcast, your host Kole Whitty talks about how to avoid being scammed in the emerging field of psychedelic therapy. If you are a psychotherapist or aspire to become a psychedelic psychotherapist, Kole will share some things you may not have considered that are already happening and likely to increase in the coming years.
Medicalized, Decriminalized, and Legalized Models: Kole explains that there are different models for psychedelic care: medicalized, decriminalized, and legalized. None of them is a total solution, and each has its problems.
Limitations of Medicalized Models: Kole focuses on the limitations of medicalized models of care, where participants must qualify for treatment based on predetermined criteria. This means that only certain populations will have access to care due to location and financial access.
Challenges for Psychedelic Therapists: Kole emphasizes the challenges that psychedelic therapists may face, such as finding a qualified mental health practitioner in areas where they are scarce, and dealing with insurance and billing issues. Additionally, certified training programs can have waitlists of up to a year, and even after completing the program, there is no guarantee of employment due to the legal status of psychedelics at the federal level.
Conclusion: Kole warns potential psychedelic therapists to be aware of the challenges and potential scams in the field, but also encourages them to continue pursuing their passion for helping people. She believes that with education and collaboration, the psychedelic therapy community can overcome these challenges and make a positive impact on people's lives.

Ep203 How to Hold Space- The Basics

Ep203 How to Hold Space- The Basics

The Psychedelic Coach Podcast's episode "How to Hold Space- The Basics" with host Tah talks about the importance of holding space in various contexts. Tah explains that holding space means providing a container where another person can express themselves, without any judgment, coaching, advising, or opinions from the space holder. Instead, the space holder witnesses the other person's full expression, allowing everything to move through them without any interruption or interjection. Tah emphasizes that holding space is a gift and a skill that people can learn, particularly in coaching, psychedelic integration, intimacy, family, and business contexts. He cautions that overstepping one's space and looking to fix things can reinforce the oppression trap triangle, where the victim complex is fortified, and people stay stuck. Tah also shares the importance of having a flat, non-moving face when holding space.
The podcast episode is full of insightful and helpful tips about holding space. Here are some of the highlights:
Holding space is the final frontier that everyone, particularly coaches, psychedelic integration coaches, intimacy coaches, family members, and partners, should learn. "Holding space is tremendously important, and it's a very vogue word phrase." When holding space, the space holder should provide a container for the other person's full expression, outside of judgment, coaching, advising, or opinions. "I am witnessing a person be in their full expression." Holding space is a gift and a skill that people can learn. "Another person's process is not my process, it's their process." Overstepping one's space and looking to fix things can reinforce the oppression trap triangle, where the victim complex is fortified, and people stay stuck. "Being able to hold yourself together and listen. Objectively without moving your face around in horror is a skill." Having a flat, non-moving face when holding space is called Spaceface. This episode is an excellent resource for anyone interested in learning how to hold space. Tah's insights and tips are valuable for coaches, psychedelic integration coaches, intimacy coaches, family members, partners, and anyone who wants to improve their listening and witnessing skills.

Ep200 The Power of Fiction and Perception in Psychedelic Coaching

Ep200 The Power of Fiction and Perception in Psychedelic Coaching

In this episode of the Psychedelic Coach Podcast, Tah talks about the concept of fiction and how it relates to our perception of reality. He explains that since there is only one true moment (the present), every other moment is a space of fiction based on our perspective. This is important to consider as a psychedelic coach because people's fictions can cause their physical bodies to respond in real time. Tah emphasizes the importance of understanding that a person's fiction is their reality, and their physical body will respond accordingly.
    Notes:
Fiction is a work of imagination and not true, but everything is actually made up in the world around us. Every moment that is not the present is a space of fiction based on our perspective. Our stories about past events are based on our perspective and are therefore a type of fiction. When two people tell the same story, it is always different because it is based on their interpretation. Projections of the future are also a type of fiction until they become true. Fiction is important to consider as a psychedelic coach because people's physical bodies respond to their fictions in real time. People tend to hold onto stories and crease them into their nervous systems, causing their bodies to respond and react to the same stories even if they are not true. Perception is important because our physical bodies respond to our projections as if they are true. It is important to understand that a person's fiction is their reality, and their physical body will respond accordingly. Take a listen and let us know your thoughts.
