Perfect timing
I've been reading and following Michelle for a while now. She's helped me to allow specific things to surface that in the past I've ignored or shoved aside. Over the past few months I kpet thinking, "She would have a bomb podcast."Here it is and it's more than I could ever ask for. She shares her own personal journey with breathwork! For anyone who may be experiencing grief or desires personal growth, I highly recommend this!
Thanks Michelle, you're a warrior and share my heart constantly. I appreciate you!
