Catherine is on a mission to support Social Work professionals so they can continue to provide quality services to clients and supervisees (aka the next generation of mental health providers).

Catherine is a speaker, podcast host, panelist, and mental health expert who specializes in stress management and is a self-care enthusiast after overcoming her own struggle with burnout while working in the mental health industry.
