The Relational Leader Podcast was started out of a heart to help Pastors and Leaders navigate ministry. Let's be honest, ministry can be difficult and even lonely at times. Our desire for this Podcast is that we would take off the masks we put on and be open and vulnerable with each other. Each episode we will sit down and engage in life-giving conversation with pastors and leaders. You’ll hear real friends talking about the lows and highs of walking out the call of leadership. It's all on the table!

Cody Byrns
In this special episode we are joined by Cody Byrns. In May of 2013, Cody’s life was drastically changed. While stopped at a red light on the highway, Cody was rear-ended by a box-truck that failed to stop. As a result, he was considered dead until first responders saw his hand move. He received many injuries that day, including severe burns to almost 40% of his body. After years of countless surgeries and rehabilitation, Cody has chosen to not allow his scars to keep him bound in bitterness and defeat. Instead, he uses his story to uplift others.

Don’t Quit in the Dip
💯 🙌🏻
One of the single greatest messages of encouragement and motivation for anyone, not just for those in the field of full time, vocational ministry. But for those of us who are in a full time ministry effort, this is a great message to recalibrate our perspective. Don’t quit just because you’re in a dip. There is something on the other side!
