Episode 29: Phoebe Leona
Phoebe Leona is the Founder of the nOMad Collective & creator of somatic practice, Mvt109TM and 500 E-RYT. Phoebe is an author, dancer, yoga teacher, and guide who helps people feel more embodied through somatic, movement, and expanded awareness practices to become more empowered in who they are, who they are becoming, and have a greater sense of belonging. She has been a teacher and guide for over 20 years but it was after a year of extreme loss in 2013 when she found herself in the vast open space in between her old life and a new life, that she dove deeply into her practices and began her company,nOMad to help others through their own transitions and spaces in between.
Throughout that time, Phoebe also developed her own movement/somatic practice, Mvt109TM for students to fully embrace the freedom of moving in their bodies, transform old and held patterns, and reclaim the vibrations & stories they want to bring to life. Her Mvt109TM practice is featured in her course on DailyOM. Phoebe also finds joy in sharing her story to help others in their own transformation. Episode 28: Stuart Elliott
Stuart Elliott is recognised for helping people break free from the mental prison of negative self talk that keeps them drained of passion and dissatisfied with life. Through Mindful Hypnotic Life-Coaching he helps them snap out of their trances of unworthiness and self sabotage so they go on to create a deeply fulfilling, happy life.
Stuart was born in the UK and moved to Africa, at age 28, where he stayed for 18 years then moved to the South of China where he currently resides. Episode 26: Michael Wolpe
Michael Wolpe, aka Mike, is an award-winning freelance composer, music producer, sound designer and audio engineer. Born in Michigan, USA, He spent most of his career working in the music and filmmaking industries in Washington, DC, and Los Angeles, CA.
While creating music scores and songs is his true passion in life, his background in the filmmaking industry has given him a unique understanding of how to compose music for film and visual media.
Mike is currently creating music under Cosmic DNA, a collaboration with his wife Aideen. His most recent film score credit is for the sky-diving horror movie Hex.

Episode 25: Eyvindur Karlsson
Eyvindur Karlsson is an Icelandic singer-songwriter, theater professional and author. He teaches songwriting to serious musicians who want to improve their skills and write better songs. Eyvindur writes Americana and folk music in the vein of Tom Waits and Nick Cave, and likes to tell sad stories, mixed with a good dose of humor. He has published a crime novel, been a translator for many years, directed and acted in theater productions, written songs for award winning musicals, traveled around the world with his theater projects and has worked on TV and radio series. He lives in Iceland, with his wife and two sons.
