As many of you know, I am a big affirmations girly. I use affirmations literally in all areas of my life - with my business, my kids, and daily routines. If you’ve ever seen me post a picture of my 5-minute morning journal routine, you know how important affirmations are to me.
Using affirmations is a big part of rewiring your subconscious mind and speaking what you want into existence and changing your vibration.
