Addressing Articulation in Groups
Raise your hand if you're a school-based speech-language pathologist! Raise your other hand if you have a lot of children on your caseload and you're trying to figure out how to address articulation in group therapy conditions! Today I talk about the following: (1) scheduling for articulation therapy, (2) how I address articulation in group sessions in a way that increases practice trials and decreases behavior management issues, and (3) a realistic and super-easy 'speech homework' method that is functional and improves carryover!

I came across this podcast as my “summer scaries” set in a couple weeks before school starts. Jen is so relatable and she cracks me up! I find myself nodding my head in agreement or laughing out loud as I am listening to her episodes. I love how she provides takeaways and action steps for each topic she talks about. If you’re a school SLP or special educator this is such a great listen that leaves you in a lighter and brighter mood!
