Dr. Tour encourages his listeners to study the Bible, and apply it to their hearts in practical ways. It’s great that he has so many years of experience following Jesus. It is a joy to study the book of Isaiah with Dr. Tour. It is inspiring to see him faithfully sharing the power of Jesus’s resurrection with people. He helps us see how magnificent God is and how wonderful and applicable God’s words are to our life.

I found Dr. tour through his work in the sciences, as one of the top synthetic chemists (and top scientists in general) in the world, I was surprised that he also had a bible podcast, so I gave it a listen. This man has a heart for Jesus and a mind that meditates on the word daily. He is absolutely an academic, but he is more than that, he is a servant of the most high God and you should listen to this podcast to hear the insights of a man who has been wrestling with these scriptures and learning from theologians, jewish and christian, for decades.

Listening to Dr. James Tour has been a great influence to me. I especially enjoy the stories of the people he has influenced and the blessings God has poured out on them.
