Domestic Violence is an epidemic in our world today and the only way to shine a light on the horrific crimes committed against victims all around the world is to stand up tell these heroic stories of survivors. Today 70% of Domestic Violence murders happen when the victim leaves or is about to leave the relationship. This is because Domestic Violence is about Power and Control. Today Tara tells us the details of how this happened in her family and how to break the cycle of abuse.

The lovely Jae Day joins Maegan in the garden to talk about managing expectations while in a toxic relationship. Life has so many expectations already and when we have high expectations with a narcissist it is really hard to stay grounded. Narcissists are good at empty promises and saying they will deliver your dreams to then turn around and abuse you and not deliver those expectations. Finding gratitude in those moments can help ease the pain of the letdown, keep you connected with you, and raise your vibration to begin to gain your control back of your own expectations. Staying connected to who you really are is key in dealing with a Narcissist.

David talks about how to find an attorney, where to file for a restraining order or protection order and tips and tools to protect yourself when going through the legal process with a narcissist.

So many survivors of Narcissistic abuse feel stuck in their abusive relationships and feel they have lost their power. It takes a paradigm shift to change the way you see reality and close the cognitive gap that keeps you in this mindset. Christian is an expert at helping people change that mindset and empowering them to unleash their true power from within.
