Don’t be too prideful for systems

It’s easy to think… “oh I’m super relational already. I don’t need systems. If I make systems to be relational, it won’t be as authentic.”

This podcast proves that there is a way to make systems in order to be relational and I’m convinced that it will make you a better leader by doing it!
