So simple and easy to follow

I’m currently studying to become an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor and was looking for some relevant podcasts to listen to on my daily walk. I’ve listened to several episodes already and am loving the open-minded and positive vibe. I think this is a great podcast for newbies to Ayurveda or anyone reviewing what they already know.

Ayurveda in Modern Times...

I recently stumbled upon The Simple Ayurveda podcast, and I am so happy I did. I took a course on Ayurveda last year, and it was a lot of information to absorb and retain. The Simple Ayurveda podcast has been a “refresher course” for me, and has given me a different perspective on how to live an Ayurvedic lifestyle. Angela makes Ayurveda relatable to modern times and I love how she keeps things simple for someone who may be new to Ayurveda. Thank you for sharing Angela!

Thank you for making this so accessible

The way Angela breaks down ayurveda is beautiful, simple and easy to apply. I’m a student of ayurveda and birth work and learning how to apply both for better postpartum care. Working through my course and listening to this podcast + utilizing the Facebook group have been vital to my digesting and retaining information. Thank you!
