Like talking to a wise friend
I love this podcast as a break from my normal news and politics pod diet! It’s like talking to a wise friend. It sounds a bit strange to say, but it’s nourishing audio for your body and soul.
Practical Guidance
I love Angela’s podcast! She explains Ayurveda in a way that helps you apply the science in your everyday life. Being a mom myself it sometimes feels that living in alignment with nature and taking care of myself is not attainable, but then I listen to Angela and I am over come with a feeling of confidence. Hearing her real life experiences and advice is so practical!
A relatable, down-to-earth lovely human being!
I can’t remember how I first heard about Angela and Simple Ayurveda, but she’s become a staple for me on my Ayurvedic path. I love her podcast! She speaks as if she’s sitting in her living room with you - so relatable and friendly. I appreciate when people are open and share about their own struggles and how they’ve learned and are continuing to learn from them. Angela shares this with us. With Ayurveda, it can sometimes feel unachievable, like you have to do all the things correctly. But Simple Ayurveda is here to show and guide us that it can be simple and doable.
