35 Years Old = The Point of Concentration

The Soul Horizon

By the time we're 35 years old, 95% of who we believe we are is merely a memorized pattern of beliefs, behaviors, and emotions. This is why real, lasting change is so difficult. The thing is though, we're entirely capable of awe-inspiring changes and shifts at any age. But we've got to know what we're working with first. We need to know what stands in our way. In other words, we must know the enemy before we can determine the best course of action in becoming our own hero.

The truth is...

Most of us hit the age of 35 and from that point forward, simply become an increasingly concentrated version of whoever we were then.

But it's not by choice. It's by repetition.

And knowing the cause is the key to reversing it.
