Incredible podcast on everything Health & Fitness!!

What a wealth of knowledge this guy gives out for free. After discovering his podcast I’ve spent the last month listening to a minimum of two podcasts day. I’ve learned so much about health, fitness & nutrition in such a short time. I’ve spent the last two years thinking Keto was the only way. Oh boy was I wrong and so mis informed. I wish I would have come across his podcasts much sooner. Thanks Cody for genuinely caring about the well being others and providing me with information to better help me physically & mentally! Invaluable, Honest Info

This podcast challenges my mindset and preconceived notions about health, fitness, hormones, and timelines by which we accomplish our goals. I’ve seen more mental and physical progress (hello muscle gains and fat reduction) since slowing my pace and caring for myself from the inside out. Invaluable.
