My name is Johanna. I am a long-distance hiker, backpacker, and psychotherapist. I continue to learn so much from the trail and time spent outdoors. It is a source of inspiration, awe, and adventure. It can also offer us the opportunity to meet our humanness in a unique and profound way. Accompany me at each waymarker of our journey, where we pause, breathe and contemplate all that the Trail Provides and how we can take this awareness with us into our lives on and off trail.
