Kim Allen was a member of the volleyball and basketball teams starting on each team all four years and was named All-Conference in both sports. Allen graduated with honors in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. Kim currently coaches the Lincoln Charter Varsity Girls basketball team and has been at the helm for the past 7 years and has compiled a record of 117 – 53, with 6 Conference Championships, 4 Conference Tournament Championships, 4 Coach of the Year Awards, 3 Player of the Year Awards and a host of All-Conference Awards.

Although Kim has had much success and coached many girls that have gone on to play at the collegiate levels, her greatest joy is to be able to “Pay it forward,” providing a child with the same opportunity and guidance that was given to her. Teaching and aligning life skills with sports in order to help young students reach their dreams is a job she proudly accepts.
