Katie is real and gives awesome practical tips. She is also super motivating. I loved her recent episode about her 5am routine!
Real and helpful

These episodes talk about real issues and things that everyone feels to some degree. They are motivational and inspiring but also help me know I’m not alone in what I’m going through trying to be healthy and get back into fitness postpartum. I would recommend these to any women wanting to love a healthy life!
