I learned about Justin’s coaching content recently via linkedin and I’ve started listening to his podcasts. I thought I knew a lot already as a technical recruiter, but I’m amazed at the level of thought in instruction he offers for every possible component of the job seeker journey. Things such as how to optimize your résumé and LinkedIn profile to stand out, how to properly network, how to use chat GPT and other tools are invaluable. I can’t thank you enough especially in the current market climate.

I really enjoyed how Austin lays out each action plan one can take. Not one size fits everyone so the examples may or may not resonate with everyone's personality but they are detailed and easy to understand. Plus, understanding how to stand out aside from a resume and cover letter is huge in any field. Thanks for sharing Austin.
