Tired of the same old

Hi Liz I loved this intro podcast and I am excited to listen to more. Though I am a wee bit older than you I have been through very similar experiences with my body and during a time when there wasn’t much help available. I am proud to say I have overcome much on my own, but still have some issues I just haven’t been able to tackle alone. I was very inspired by all that you had to say especially the idea of “getting out of my own way”! And that these concepts could be applied to ALL areas of my life.

Love!

I love Liz mindset and the way she explains how to change your own... it is so different then all of the same advice you hear on the internet. I appreciate your advice and am so thankful for your YouTube and your podcast.
