About Isabel: I'm a photographer based in Ellicott City, Maryland, originally from Germany, with six years spent living in Puerto Rico and plans to head further north in the near future. My work is rooted in a documentary approach to weddings, with a focus on honest moments, and I also offer branding, family, and portrait sessions shaped by storytelling. I have a studio in Ellicott City where I love to experiment, create, and collaborate. Outside of photography, you'll usually find me outdoors hiking or camping, or at home knitting, crocheting, and playing music. I'm always up for a good road trip or a night around a bonfire. I share my life with my cat, Coco, who I firmly believe is the best cat in the world.     How a Rebrand Helped Mio Step Into the Next Era of His Business

From having a brand that he had completely DIY'd to changing his name and creating a completely new brand presence, we talk about why he felt like now was the time and some of his favorite parts of the new brand!  About Mio: Mio Sison III is a luxury wedding photographer based in Denver, Colorado, whose path to the camera ran through biotech labs and years of catering luxury weddings before the camera finally won. Six years working hospitality during college and grad school gave him something most photographers don't train for: a genuine instinct to take care of people, read a room, and be fully present on a day that only happens once. He founded Mio Sison Studio on the belief that the best wedding photos happen when couples forget there's a photographer in the room at all, and he earns that trust through extended engagement sessions, deep pre-wedding communication, and showing up to every wedding feeling less like a vendor and more like a longtime friend. His work spans Colorado, Chicago, and destination weddings worldwide, blending fine art editorial aesthetics with a documentary eye that catches the moments nobody called out. He currently serves as Treasurer of WIPA Colorado, where he's invested in raising the bar for photographers and wedding industry professionals alike.
