Brought me through a hard time

I found Excel Still More when I was in a bad place mentally and in my walk with God. I started listening to it when I cleaned and it would keep my mind busy, and focused on God. I have learned a lot about myself and God from listening to these episodes. I have been listening to them in order and I am so close to being current. Now I will listen to them when I clean or workout. I have purchased a couple of the books Kris has mentioned for myself or for others. I pray that God continues to bless Kris with the ideas for these episodes and to continue to share the word.
Eat the Frog

Kris motivates me to do better & he gives me recipes to assist me in that endeavor. His sincerity is inspiring, he wants his listeners to live fully for God! I tend to put off tough stuff but after the Eat the Frog episode I have tried to switch things around. Thanks for inspiring me to walk closer to God!

He has helped me so much I listen to him every night in sleep headphones my favorite episodes are 12 Metal Me Bubbles 11 Eat That Frog 13 Eye level parenting and 14 Closing the door and 18 What’s My Name. Every time I listen I get better every day with life and God
