Make friendships as Adults (can’t remember exact title)

This is podcast was very helpful for me. I’ve been struggling making friends…I’m 42 and basically started my life over 16 months ago because I was on the wrong path. I will use these tips.. 1. Finding friends who are like me. 2. Be vulnerable, open, and trusting. 3 Making time for them because it’s important for my wellbeing and the strength our relationship. I also learned it’s important to our health and happiness which with be a life changer for me. Thank you so much for this podcast.
