So, this week's episode! We’re talking wedding cakes ladies and gents, the good, the bad and the ugly. A wedding cake is a traditional cake served at a wedding reception following dinner. In modern Western culture, the cake is usually on display and served to guests. Traditionally, cakes were made to bring good luck to all the guests and the couple, now they are more a centerpiece of the reception. So how did it all start?
