Stress can come in many different ways including good and bad stress! So as humans, we need to realize that we have control over our own minds, thoughts and actions. There are routines that we can create throughout the day to remove stress from consuming us.

God already told us that we do not have to worry, for tomorrow has it's own worries. We can go out into our days knowing that God has already made a way for us!
