Highway Tours
Thanks so much for having Eskinder, owner of Highway Tours, on your podcast. My friends and I ended up using him for a 2 week tour of Ethiopia and we all loved it! He is so personable and really went well beyond our expectations. Ethiopia is a beautiful country with so much to see. The other surprising and great thing about Ethiopia is that it is very vegan friendly. You can order vegan food pretty much anywhere by telling your server you are “fasting”, which means you are not eating any animal products. Everyone understands this and you won’t end up getting any “surprises”. Eskinder also treated us to some vegan dinners in Addis Ababa. They do have fully vegan restaurants in the city. I highly recommend Highway Tours!
Letting travel be easy for people hoping to travel in a vegan way
Amazing podcast that informs you of places that’s vegan-friendly and it’s not all just about eating vegan- there’s experiences and stories about companies that does safe practices animal sanctuaries, accommodations you can stay, etc. It’s endless amount of information that’s fit for vegans and non-vegans.
Entertaining and informative
One of my favorite vegan travel shows. Always learn something. Brighde is a great interviewer.
