Morning ch needed information

I love this show. I am relatively new to the WFPB lifestyle and still making big changes in a family that agrees in theory but has a hard time making the necessary changes. Being data driven this helps me to push through the hurdles and however slowly bring my family into a more healthy and sustainable life. We are a work on progress.

Love this show. Sometimes feel misunderstood in my plant based ways but this show helps me get excited about all the cool facts about eating plant based. I’d LOVE to hear a show about plant based in pregnancy & for babies/toddlers. I have a 3 year old and currently pregnant! Also would like to hear more on Dr. Barnard’s advice when it comes to vitamins (especially prenatal). I’ve been taking one, and told I “need” to take one. Is that true?
