Good part of your mental health toolkit

As someone who has been trying to work on their mental health the last couple years, Therapedia has been a great addition to the toolkit. From the meditations to the wide variety of topics covered (some of which I’ve later gone on to bring up with my own therapist) to the funny banter between the hosts, I highly recommend this podcast if you’re at all interested in mental health! (Which you should be!)

An important take on mental health.

The content this podcast produces is very informative and educational, and also extremely supportive. The hosts are just so likable and I really appreciate their perspectives. The have a huge variety of topics, it is beautifully curated. The episode on burnout is something I think about all the time, it was very eye opening to me and really helped me. I also appreciate that they’re able to dive into these topics, give them room to be fleshed out and discussed, but without episodes becoming exorbitantly long. The length of the episodes makes it very listenable and therefore all the info given is digestible. There’s an episode for everyone on this show, and there are some episodes everyone should listen to.

So welcoming. So helpful. So inspiring.

Great topics and level of detail into complex, hard topics to inspire you to apply it to your own life or notice things you wouldn’t have before. Thoughtful, inclusive, and just plain enjoyable too.
