Hosts Jennifer Deng and Lin Lin present an unfiltered conversation about what's happening in Asian America. We are here to make more space for conversation on marginalized identities and topics within the Asian American community. We often ask ourselves the question “What does it mean to be Asian American at Central, in the Northeast, in the United States?” We must once again consider our position in the spaces we occupy.

Fresh and honest!
I stumbled on this podcast because it appeared in the “this American Life” thread. I’m a 48 year old “alternative” white woman and loved these two girls. I’m from Philadelphia too originally and when I heard them talking about Central I could totally relate because my daughter thought of going there (but chose SLA.) it was really nice to hear their perspectives and opinions on things because we all want to know about what other people and different cultures think about things. I followed and look forward to what else they have to say :)
It was interesting to hear that the mother daughter dynamic is so similar to mine. We have so much more in common than we know and can learn from each other. :)
