Like everyone else, I wanted to get going in the new year and started with listening to one of these episodes every morning during a walk. Absolutely love it. Haven’t missed a day and am starting to worry about what I’m going to do when I finish them all! This morning I went on a walk with Ruby Bridges, already wondering who I’ll go on a walk with tomorrow.

This us reality tv like. No exercise value. Just entertainment. It is mostly people talking about how awful their life has been and how great they are for succeeding in spite of it. Very redundant.
